When you fill in our quote form, we process the following data:

  • Name / Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Details of your shipping and storage volume

In addition, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time of access) in server log files. This website uses only technically necessary session cookies; no tracking takes place via analytics or marketing cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process the details you provide in the quote form to handle your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Disclosure of data

The data you submit via the quote form is automatically transferred to our internal fulfillment system (app.auxfulfillment.de) in order to process your enquiry. It is not shared with any other third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hosting provider) within the European Union. The hosting provider processes data solely on our behalf, in order to fulfil our contractual obligations towards our customers.

6. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and to meet statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted.
