Operational Excellence

Put Your Logistics
on Autopilot .

Focus only on sales. From goods receipt to doorstep delivery, we manage all complex processes for you.

Your product is selling — operations are slowing you down.

Warehouse, staff, technology and seasonal peaks tie up your capital and time. The more you sell, the more operations pile up — and the less time is left for your actual business.

Fixed Costs

Warehouse space, staff and technology cost money regardless of revenue. In slow months capacity sits idle, in strong months it isn't enough.

Seasonal Peaks

Black Friday and Christmas demand capacity that stays unused the rest of the year. Building it up and tearing it down costs twice over.

Return Burden

Every return is manual work: accept, inspect, refurbish, restock. Without a documented process this turns into a silent loss.

System Fragmentation

Warehouse, shop, marketplaces and accounting run in separate tools. Every missing interface turns into manual work.

The Blind Spot

Whoever doesn't know where the goods are ends up paying the most.

If stock is counted over the phone, returns are estimated and margins are only calculated at month-end, corrections usually come too late.

Switchover Without Downtime

A single cutover day with a total switch isn't necessary.

You move in batches: your stock arrives gradually, we receive it and switch on channel by channel.

In-Depth Look

It Starts in the Portal, One Barcode Is Enough at the Warehouse.

Before your goods are shipped, you create the delivery in the panel. What you're sending, what's in which box and which add-on service applies to which item is defined in advance — nothing is guessed at the warehouse.

Receiving Hours: Weekdays 09:30–17:00 · Saturday 11:00–15:00

You Create the Shipment in the Panel

You create the shipment in the panel, enter the items and quantities, specify what's in which box, and choose the add-on service you want (labelling, shrink-wrapping, bundling). Once a single pallet barcode is scanned at the warehouse, the system automatically shows which box holds which item and quantity and which add-on applies — no opening box by box, no manual list-matching.

When the Goods Arrive

Every goods receipt is recorded on camera; the pallet barcode is scanned and boxes and quantities are matched against the shipment. Each item gets its own shelf spot, and batch and entry date are recorded — from this moment the product is ready for sale and shipping.

The 7-Business-Day Rule

The final quality check is completed within 7 business days of goods receipt. This period doesn't halt operations — your product is ready for sale and shipping as soon as it's stored. Once the check is complete, measurements, weight and product data are fixed and form the basis of billing; if you want to change packaging or product information, you open a change request in the panel.

Live Shipment Status in the Panel

In Transit

24 items sent — shipment created in the panel, delivery pending.

Accepted

24 items accepted and stored — quantities match, stock is ready for sale.

Discrepancy

22 accepted · 2 damaged — photos and camera footage stored as evidence, viewable in the panel.

In-Depth Look

First In, First Out — Stock Never Ages.

For every order the system draws from the oldest batch. This way no old goods sit on the shelf, stock with an approaching expiry date doesn't pile up, and the warehouse stays in motion.

FIFO — Automatic Batch Sequencing

Every shipment is recorded as its own batch. The pick list always draws from the older batch first; in the panel you see, batch by batch, how much of each delivery is left.

Expiry Date Tracking

For items with a shelf life, the expiry date of every shipment is recorded and monitored in the panel. Batches with an approaching date report in time; you act before value is lost.

One Stock, All Channels

Your Storefront and all connected channels draw on the same stock; with every sale, all channels update automatically. If you like, you define a reserve buffer per item: for example, 2 out of 20 units stay locked for the channels and protect you against simultaneous orders.

Security & Environment

Insured warehouse infrastructure and an environment protected against temperature fluctuations; round-the-clock camera and alarm monitoring, fire and security systems, controlled access; separate zones for fragile, cosmetic and bulky items.

What You Can Track in the Panel
  • Batch history — which shipment arrived when, how much of it is left
  • Expiry date warning
  • Critical stock — items below the minimum quantity
  • Slow movers — stock with no movement for an extended period
  • Reserve status — quantities locked for channels
Products We Don't Accept Into the Warehouse

We don't accept hazardous material classes or goods that require special permits or are legally restricted. Please report items like batteries, aerosols, high-proof liquids or dietary supplements before signing the contract; we'll clarify acceptability together.

In-Depth Look

From Order Intake to Delivery, in One Panel.

Every step is logged in the panel and visible there in real time. Between steps there's no need for phone calls, emails or tracking spreadsheets — the system itself is the proof.

Two Cut-off Times

Shipping: 14:00 — orders received by this time on weekdays are picked the same day and handed to the carrier.

Self-Pickup: 16:00 — if the customer picks up the product from the warehouse themselves, an order received by this time can still be handed over the same day with a pickup code or password.

What Happens If There's No Stock?

Only orders with real stock backing in our warehouse enter operations. If you sell more than what's actively in stock on your own channel, the order never enters the operations queue at all; it appears as a notice in your panel. You decide on cancellation, an alternative item or another approach.

1

Order Received — An order from your Storefront or a connected channel lands in your panel and triggers a notification.

2

Stock Is Reserved — The sold quantity is deducted; stock is updated automatically across all connected channels.

3

Picking Is Done — Items are pulled from the shelf in FIFO order, from the oldest batch.

4

Add-on Service Applied — Requested gift wrapping, insert, label or special packaging is added at this step.

5

Packed — The right box is chosen; packing is done under camera recording.

6

Shipping Label Created — The carrier and service type are determined by dimensions, weight and destination country.

7

Tracking Number Sent — The number is written automatically to the sales channel, the buyer and your panel.

8

Handed to the Carrier — The package goes to the carrier during the daily pickup round.

9

Invoice Is Issued — It's generated automatically per your rules, sent to the buyer and recorded in accounting.

10

Delivered to the Buyer — Delivery status is updated in the panel; the order closes and flows into reporting.

Two Invoices at Month-End — one for services, one separately for shipping; both are traceable transaction by transaction in the panel.

In-Depth Look

Your Return Policy Stays Yours — We Take Over the Package.

Every sales channel has its own return policy; we don't interfere in how it's set. Our work starts once the package arrives at the warehouse: we match the incoming goods against order number, buyer, sender and invoice data and book it as a return against the already shipped order.

Local Return Address — Your returns go to our warehouse in Germany — cheap and fast for the buyer, controllable for you.

Path A

Directly Ready for Sale

If the item is unused and the packaging is intact, it goes into stock without approval; it appears in the panel immediately and can be sold again. There's nothing for you to do.

Path B

Needs Refurbishing — With Your Approval

If the item can be made sellable again, the options appear in your panel with the contractually agreed costs: repackaging, cleaning, ironing, relabelling. You approve with one click, the work is done, and the item returns to stock.

Path C

No Longer Sellable

For used or damaged goods, you decide: refurbish and resell · send back to you · add to another order as a gift · dispose of it.

1

Return Is Reported — If the channel has a returns API, the return lands directly in the panel as an expected return record; otherwise matching happens once the package arrives.

2

Matching Is Done — The relevant order is found via order number, buyer, sender and invoice data.

3

Opened Under Camera — Like every goods receipt, returns are also opened under documentation; if needed, evidence is uploaded to the panel.

4

Condition Is Assessed — The item is checked: directly resellable, needs refurbishing, or no longer sellable.

5

Processing Based on Outcome — Directly resellable goods return to stock without approval; for items needing refurbishing or no longer sellable, options are presented to you for approval.

Learning From Returns

Every return is a data point. In the panel you see the return rate by item and channel, and return reasons by category — sizing issue, mismatch with the picture, damage, change of mind. Check the items with the highest rates regularly.

How to Lower Your Return Rate
  • Accurate product info — size chart, true colour, material
  • Sturdy packaging — tell us about fragile items and we'll reinforce them
  • Fast delivery — late-delivered packages are returned more often

The Brain of Your Operations: 100% Our Own Software

You manage all these processes through our custom-built, cloud-based dashboard. No more dealing with Excel files.

Real-Time Monitoring

Every product entering the warehouse and every outgoing order appears on your dashboard instantly.

Growth Analytics

Which products sell the most? Which country has the highest return rate? Analyze all data with visual charts and build your strategy.

Transparent Billing

No surprises at the end of the month. See exactly what you pay for each service in detailed reports.

Critical Stock Alerts

When your products fall below the level you've set, the system sends an automatic alert. You never end up "out of stock".

Virtual Bundles (Sets)

Create "Gift Sets" or "Campaign Bundles" through the panel without any physical handling — we'll assemble and ship them.

Multi-Channel Synchronization

All orders from your sales channels are consolidated into a single system. When a sale occurs on any channel, inventory is instantly updated across all platforms.

How You Get Started

Getting Started Is Seven Steps.

At every step it's clear who does what. The pace depends on your product variety, the number of channels to connect and the quality of your data.

The only thing we need from you: reach out. We handle the following 6 steps. Your product is ready for sale at most 24 hours after goods receipt.

1

Introductory Call — An online meeting. We talk about your product range, your monthly order volume, your sales channels and your current operations.

2

Data & Assortment Analysis — We review your product list (SKU, barcode, dimensions, weight) and your order history.

3

Quote — A transparent quote per item; it states explicitly how each service is calculated.

4

Contract & Access — The contract is signed, your panel access is set up; we create users and permissions for your team.

5

Panel Setup & Storefront — Your product data is imported via Excel, your free Storefront is set up; if channels are to be connected, integrations are carried out.

6

First Shipment — You create the shipment in the panel; the goods arrive, are accepted and stored.

7

Live Operations — Sales begin. You don't wait for month-end or week-end — stock, order and financial data flow in the panel in real time; if a problem occurs, you step in at that very moment.

Yes. The first shipment can be a small batch; once you've seen the process, you increase the volume gradually.

No. With the Core package, your Storefront, approval in the panel and manual order entry are enough. For marketplaces you switch to Connect.
